Summit cardholders may have received a Receipt Request email the week of March 26, 2018, for older Summit card transactions. Please note that many of these were aged emails discovered to have been stuck in an outgoing email server with the card processor.
If a receipt has already been submitted to our office for a transaction, or it is a designated copay under the health plan, the cardholder may disregard the notice.
Affected transactions are in the process of being updated by the card processor and will not affect a cardholders ability to use the card.
We apologize for the inconvenience the recent email communication has caused and are working diligently to ensure the updates are completed timely.

Pre-scheduled claim runs falling on these dates will occur on the next business day.
Claim submission cut off dates may be adjusted to an earlier date to account for special Holiday schedules.
